    As soon as you sign up to Cloudphone one of the team will be in touch to understand your needs. We will then help match the available features to your need, suggesting improvements where we can. Once that’s agreed the team setup your solution to your needs. Simple. We pride ourselves in this approach and we wont leave you alone with a selection of videos or documents to manage a self serve solution.

    As your confidence grows, you can start to use the web interface to make changes to your configuration if you wish. If not and you would prefer we continue to manage it for you, that’s fine too 🙂

    At times you will need support. Our teams are on hand to ensure that any requests, questions or issues are addressed as soon as possible. Call us up on main number or send an email to our support desk and your request will be logged, tracked and addressed.
